Hacienda Luisita

Hacienda Luisita is a 6,435-hectare plantation estate located in Tarlac, Philippines, owned by the Cojuangco family, which includes former Philippine President Cory Aquino and her son, President Noynoy Aquino. It spans various towns in the province.

The plantation estate was one of a kind because of its natural beauty and captivating tall trees alongside of the road. As you go towards the entire place, you can see its wide-area that have been controversial for many times.

There are several restaurants that you can see in this area. Like Starbucks, Jollibee, Dencio's Grill, Pancake House and Max's Restaurant. The visitors from Manila that will go to other far provinces via SCTEX usually stop over to this place. The restaurants are open 24/7 for the traveler's convenience.

There is a golf club that is within Hacienda Luisita. It was usually private and for executives memberships only.

One remarkable thing that you'll see in this place is the old train that was used for the Japanese era before. It was preserved and displayed at Hacienda Luisita.
